I have developed it with flexibility in mind so that it can be expanded upon to make fully fledged 'fun' games.

I'm glad to hear it won't be open source. However, I fear that eventually, some idiot will decompile the demo and post the source somewhere. Anyone found to have decompiled or have ripped source code will be met with serious legal action. I just hope people are considerate and unselfish enough to wait for the tutorials to arrive rather than just ripping for themselves.
