Joined Oct 24, Messages Hello, i have a samsung N with an Atheros AR, a few months ago everything was working fine, suddenly i was disconnected, and i couldn't find any wi-fi connection.

The wireless chip is working properly according to windows device manager. Using a D-link usb dongle i could find wireless networks and connect to the internet. In reply to Meghmala's post on December 30, I have tried almost every version of this driver, on every wireless setting with TWO different Linksys routers, first the e, and now the e I bought the e back in the Spring, January, and it worked great all the way up until June. I believe either an update killed it, or something happened along the way. My older router was working just fine. I cannot do anything without wifi since my router is located near a crawl space.

I am having to get an 25ft ethernet cord and string it to my hallway just to use my laptop. In reply to thespence88's post on October 5, The windows update killed my wireless capability as far as I can tell. I too have tried everything I can think of.

In reply to jmillion's post on December 18, Edit: I have no internet capabilities. Devan Patel. Im have the same problem with Lenovo Z with the AR Just normal updates wipe out a driver unbelieve i can even use that laptop now. In reply to Devan Patel's post on September 23, I have the same problem with my Lenovo G It seems to occur at odd times, and suddenly I find that I have no Internet.

I have to use the Diagnose function, and then I get messages about "reconfiguring" and "resetting" the wireless network adapter. I downloaded an Atheros update from the Lenovo site, but since it cut me out of Internet connectivity I had to use Restore and return my system to the same, problematic situation I had. This is ridiculous. It's pathetic.
