RealPort Troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows. This KB article is intended to help troubleshoot common RealPort issues particular to Windows, in order to get the RealPort driver installed and connected. Ensure proper configuration of the serial port s of the related Digi device with regards to the Port Profile. If changing the Port Profile from something else, be sure to Apply the changes and then Reboot the Digi device. Ensure that you're attempting to install the latest RealPort driver, downloaded from the Digi support site.

Use the 'setup Do you have first hand information, or do you assume reasonably that a Server R2 driver bit would automatically support Windows 7 bit as well?
