In the View Tab, uncheck the Reading Pane. On the left hand side, scroll down to "Storage Folders" and you'll see the Outbox.

The very first post by the support engineer should have just given the simple solution and been done with the entire conversation.

Just like trying to get an answer from government employees, microsoft has to give people the run-a-around and try to send you to 50 different "departments" before you finally get an answer when they could have just answered it or found out the answer in the first place. You can't tell me that someone who is an engineer for the company is not already familiar with all products, if they aren't, then they should be or should be fired.

Thank you for your question. I found an article in the Official Microsoft support forums, where they provide several solutions to problems deleting emails. Ok I got it I opened up task manager and end task on live mail then proceeded to open my email then I could do my thing.
